Restoration Project Manager

About the role

The Restoration Project Manager leads assigned restoration crews and oversees all aspects of restoration projects, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This front‑line management position combines project planning, crew coordination, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate scopes of work and prepare estimates using proprietary software and Xactimate.
• Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals with customers or insurance clients.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise crews, subcontractors, and resources on active sites.
• Review job‑site documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements and proper billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and material assets.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience; IICRC certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficient in Xactimate for restoration estimating.
• Experience using proprietary restoration estimation software.
