Ejecutivo Comercial B2B – Equipos Portuarios

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Commercial Executive to lead the launch of a new operation in Panama City, focusing on the sale of electric and combustion forklifts, reach stackers, container handlers and related solutions for logistics, port, maritime, industrial and storage sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to increase market share.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage long‑term relationships with strategic clients.
• Promote and sell equipment and solutions for logistics, industrial, maritime and port sectors.
• Achieve commercial targets and contribute to the growth of the operation.
• Conduct field visits and maintain continuous follow‑up with potential and existing customers.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales and business development.
• Experience selling forklifts, port equipment, warehouse or industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of the Panamanian market.
• Intermediate conversational English.
• Active client portfolio (highly desirable).
• Clean police record.
• Own transportation (desirable) and willingness to travel nationwide.
