Digital Transformation Lead - Global Procurement

About the role

As a Digital Transformation Lead in Nestlé Global Procurement, you will drive the deployment and adoption of the procurement digital ecosystem across multiple categories. You will work with teams in Switzerland, Panama and Malaysia to ensure global digital solutions are implemented, continuously improved and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of procurement digital tools across assigned categories, guiding teams to adopt solutions that simplify work and create value.
• Coordinate deployment plans, milestones and governance to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of digital initiatives.
• Promote adoption of new processes and ways of working, enabling procurement teams to operate more efficiently.
• Align global priorities with category needs, keeping stakeholders engaged throughout the transformation journey.
• Monitor progress, risks and opportunities, ensuring deployments stay on track and generate measurable benefits.
• Collect feedback and business requirements to continuously improve the digital ecosystem.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of procurement, digital transformation, process improvement or change management.
• Proven project‑management abilities to organise priorities, track milestones and manage risks.
• Understanding of source‑to‑pay processes and procurement tools to support adoption.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across countries, categories and functions.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
