Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate incoming user-generated and AI-generated content across forums, blogs, knowledge bases, events and groups using AI-assisted tools.
• Apply moderation actions such as approve, remove, tag, reclassify or escalate in line with platform policies.
• Organise and prioritise content queues, monitor workflow stages and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Annotate and tag content according to defined schemas to create clean training data for AI models.
• Identify edge cases, false positives/negatives and submit feedback to improve model performance.
• Maintain detailed logs of moderation actions and decisions for audit and reporting.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a tech-enabled role such as content moderation, customer support or QA.
• Hands-on experience with multiple GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for classification, tagging or documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures consistently.
• Excellent English reading comprehension and written communication skills.
• Comfort reviewing sensitive or disturbing content in a professional manner.
