Digital Asset Specialist

About the role

Grainger is seeking a Digital Asset Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end flow of supplier‑provided digital assets. You will retrieve, review, store and organise product information, data extracts and rich content so that internal merchandising teams can access the right assets quickly and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and ingest supplier digital assets, including global product attributes, merchandising data and rich media.
• Validate assets against internal standards and document any discrepancies.
• Catalogue and inventory assets, recording supplier details, content type and scope.
• Maintain the digital asset management (DAM) repository, updating, archiving or disposing of assets per retention policies.
• Extract assets from supplier portals, websites and third‑party systems as needed.
• Collaborate with Senior Supplier Syndication and Engagement Specialists to ensure smooth hand‑off to business partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience handling large volumes of product information or digital content.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
