About the role

GSB Solutions, a leading provider of technological solutions, is seeking an RPA Developer to design, implement, and maintain automation processes for its clients in Panama. The role focuses on leveraging robotic process automation, BPM, and AI tools to drive digital evolution and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify processes suitable for automation using RPA, BPM, and AI technologies.
• Assess potential benefits of automation in terms of cost, productivity, risk, and service quality.
• Prepare transformation opportunities for presentation to the prioritization committee.
• Design and develop automation assistants according to process specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout exploration, design, maintenance, and support phases.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of automated tools.
• Provide maintenance and implement changes requested by end‑users.

Required profile

• Experience in process management and project execution (1‑3 years).
• Background in the financial sector (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
