LÍDER TÉCNICO / FULL STACK SENIOR

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Technical Leader to drive a high‑impact project in Panama. You will work closely with the client, guide the development team, and ensure successful delivery of complex technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of the project from start to finish.
• Participate in workshops and client meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Coordinate the development team, monitor progress, and ensure technical tasks are completed on schedule.
• Resolve incidents, unblock technical challenges, and maintain system stability.
• Lead knowledge‑transfer activities to the client’s internal team.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience leading implementation or integration projects.
• Strong understanding of REST API consumption and integration.
• Knowledge of integration architectures, authentication, security, and web services.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to team members.
