About the role

The Association Pro Niñez Panameña is seeking a full‑time Coordinator of Programs and Projects to lead its food, health and recreation initiatives for children living in extreme poverty in Panama and Veraguas. The role involves planning, executing and monitoring projects to ensure they meet defined objectives and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate social programs focused on nutrition, health and recreation.
• Coordinate daily activities with internal teams, volunteers and external partners.
• Prepare progress reports, manage indicators and support proposal development.
• Participate in meetings with donors and community representatives, providing clear updates on project status.
• Travel to Santiago de Veraguas for field visits and program oversight.

Required profile

• University degree in social work, education, administration, international cooperation or related fields.
• Experience in program and project management, preferably within NGOs.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to interact with children, families, donors and partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively, stay organized and attend to detail.
