About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will lead the planning, coordination and execution of Volvo’s brand marketing strategies. This role ensures campaigns, events and commercial actions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the premium positioning of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns with external agencies, ensuring objectives, timelines and brand guidelines are met.
• Lead the planning, organization and execution of brand events that reflect Volvo’s premium image.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, marketing agencies and strategic partners, controlling quality, schedules and budgets.
• Oversee influencer and brand ambassador programs to maintain consistency with company values.
• Administer and track leads generated by campaigns, ensuring proper assignment and traceability.
• Focus marketing actions on lead transformation and conversion rather than mass acquisition.
• Support segmentation strategies targeting specific niche audiences.
• Supervise digital campaign implementation by specialized agencies and monitor performance.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize results and maximize ROI.
• Control the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Guarantee all marketing activities reflect Volvo’s standards of elegance and experience.
• Stay updated on premium marketing trends, events and best practices for luxury brands.

Required profile

• Law degree, preferably with a specialization in contractual or commercial matters.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in contractual, commercial or corporate legal affairs.
• Strong communication abilities and management skills.
• Proficiency in English at B2‑C1 level.
