About the role
The company, a leading consumer goods firm, is looking for a Commercial Strategy Specialist to join its Panama City office. The role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth through data‑driven analysis, identifying commercial opportunities, and implementing result‑oriented strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and implement strategies that boost the organization’s sustainable revenue growth.
- Analyze data to uncover commercial opportunities and market trends.
- Design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at revenue maximization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align pricing, sales, and business development efforts.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on results.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial analysis, financial analysis, business development, business analytics, pricing strategy, or sales strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
- Data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with SAP.
- Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
