Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager at POPCORN LABS INC is a full‑time, on‑site position in Panama City, responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and improve client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.
• Resolve issues and support contract renewals and negotiations.
• Contribute to strategic planning for key accounts and provide feedback on client trends.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in account management, client services, or customer success, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong relationship‑building, stakeholder communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM or account‑management tools and basic data analysis/reporting.
• Solid organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Panama City and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience negotiating contracts and supporting revenue growth is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
