Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

All Together Autism is seeking a resourceful, people‑centered Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical, administrative and program positions. This fully remote role requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to engage diverse candidates and families while supporting the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design targeted recruitment strategies.
• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing, posting, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Proactively build diverse candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, community partnerships, and outreach events.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the mission.
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records with timely notes and status updates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring panels.
• Prepare and extend offer letters and facilitate handoffs to HR/onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics and generate regular reports on pipeline health and time‑to‑fill.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, social services, nonprofits, or education.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates using a variety of tools and strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and standard HR software.
