Beauty Advisor (Rotativo) – Fashion Boutique

About the role

A full-time, permanent Beauty Advisor position at a Chanel fashion boutique in Panama City, reporting to the Retail Supervisor. The role combines sales support, client assistance and store upkeep, with flexible AM/PM shifts and availability on Sundays, holidays and nights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain sales floor and warehouse clean and organized
• Keep clients informed about new arrivals and birthdays
• Help with inventory and stock control of testers and sales merchandise
• Greet and assist clients, guide them through fragrance and beauty experiences
• Process sales transactions on the till and wrap goods
• Keep the client database up to date

Required profile

• Fluent English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field
• Flexibility for AM/PM shifts and availability on Sundays, holidays and nights
• Experience in the luxury retail market is a plus
