B2B Sales Executive (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

Calls Experts, a global contact‑center solutions provider, is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to work remotely and generate qualified business opportunities for its closing team. You will focus on high‑volume outbound outreach across sectors such as AI, finance and marketing, operating on EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospect and qualify B2B leads.
• Engage decision‑makers, uncover business needs and create sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline in a CRM and track leads through each stage.
• Follow up with prospects, support the sales process and help drive deals to closure.
• Keep accurate customer records, spreadsheets and sales data.
• Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Experience speaking with decision‑makers; SaaS or technology sales background is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM EST (schedule may change).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using dialer systems.

What we offer

• Base salary of $800 USD per month.
• Performance bonus up to $500 USD per month.
• Fully remote work with flexible schedule within EST hours.
