Inbound Sales Representative – Health & Wellness

About the role

Join Hyprwork’s fast‑growing health and wellness division as an Inbound Sales Representative. You will turn incoming leads into satisfied customers by matching Rejuvacare’s product line to each client’s health needs, while delivering a consultative, value‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and present Rejuvacare products using approved scripts.
• Identify customers’ health concerns and recommend the most relevant product, upsells, bundles, or membership.
• Overcome objections with empathy and product knowledge.
• Process orders accurately and maintain detailed call notes.
• Meet daily and monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Escalate any complaints to the Customer Service team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or customer‑facing sales.
• Strong verbal English – confident, articulate, and persuasive.
• Motivation to achieve targets and earn commission.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and listen actively.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
