About the role

At Iterum Connections Panama we're hiring a B2B Sales Supervisor. We are looking for a B2B Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Business-to-Business Sales Representatives supporting a leading provider of retail technology and POS solutions for small businesses in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of B2B Sales Representatives.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
• Conduct one‑on‑ones, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans.
• Track sales activity, conversion, productivity, pipeline, and revenue performance.
• Coach representatives on prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Review calls and customer interactions to identify coaching opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with client and company standards.
• Provide accurate performance reporting to management.
• Support new‑hire onboarding and continuous development.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Supervisor.
• Experience managing B2B, inside sales, outbound or consultative sales teams.
• Background in a BPO/contact‑center environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams through sales KPIs and performance targets.
• Strong coaching and people‑development skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and create effective action plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Advanced English – written and verbal.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday on‑site.
