About the role

The Solution Architect will lead the design, evolution, and governance of the technology architecture across hybrid‑cloud and on‑premise environments. The role ensures that solutions are scalable, resilient, and tightly aligned with Global Bank’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall technology architecture strategy for hybrid‑cloud and on‑premise systems.
• Lead the design of end‑to‑end solutions that meet performance, security, and availability requirements.
• Govern architectural standards, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to implement scalable and resilient solutions.
• Validate architectural decisions through proof‑of‑concepts and technical reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of DevOps experience.
• Minimum 2 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 4 years of experience designing and validating end‑to‑end architectures.

Required skills

• Databases: MS SQL, DB2, MySQL, SAP ASE, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Web technologies: HTML5, CSS, Java, JavaScript, VenusJS, NodeJS, Laravel, PHP.
• Operating systems: Linux, AIX, UNIX, Microsoft Windows.
• Virtualization: VMware.
• Testing tools: Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, Spring Boot, Webload.
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure (including Azure Data Scientist, Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Infrastructure).
