About the role

The Recruitment Analyst will manage and execute talent attraction and selection processes while supporting initiatives that improve workplace climate, employee wellbeing, and occupational health. The role contributes to a positive employee experience and helps achieve the Human Resources department’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to hiring.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Support the implementation of workplace climate, wellbeing, and occupational health programs.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a positive employee experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR processes, especially recruitment and selection.
• Experience with competency‑based interviews and multiple sourcing channels.
• Desirable experience in workplace climate, wellbeing, or occupational health initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
