About the role

The Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Analyst is responsible for planning, executing and supervising all activities related to the maintenance of airport ground support equipment, procurement, warehouse operations, audits and fuel reporting. The role ensures strict compliance with maintenance standards, regulatory requirements, operational safety and acquisition policies while contributing to the efficiency and reliability of the GSE fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance compliance through EBIS.
• Supervise availability, reliability, downtime and performance of the GSE fleet.
• Track open work orders and overdue maintenance actions.
• Monitor maintenance costs versus budget.
• Follow up procurement status and critical spare‑part availability.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse support requirements.
• Analyze fuel consumption and investigate significant variations.
• Oversee supplier and service‑provider performance, including SLA compliance.
• Follow up audit findings and corrective actions until closure.
• Prepare GSE KPI reports and management information to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Aviation, Logistics, Airport Operations or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience with GSE, airport operations, fleet maintenance, logistics or a technical environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge or certification in EBIS (preferred).
