About the role

The Operational Support Data Analyst will turn raw data into strategic information that drives decision‑making, continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports for key performance indicators.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security.
• Collaborate with various business areas to develop data‑driven solutions.
• Propose process enhancements based on analytical insights.
• Develop automations and technological solutions that increase operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in data handling and analysis.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling, data mining and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with Transact SQL, Python, advanced Excel and Power Platform.
