Property Rental Sales Executive

About the role

We are a hospitality and real‑estate company looking for a Property Rental Sales Executive to join our commercial team. You will guide prospective tenants through the entire rental journey, from first contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and follow up leads interested in renting properties.
• Reach out to potential clients through phone, email and other channels.
• Assess each client’s requirements and propose the most suitable rental options.
• Arrange property viewings and monitor the progress of each commercial opportunity.
• Negotiate terms and close rental agreements.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system, recording all interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve the sales targets set by the management.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the rental process.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales, real estate, property rentals, hospitality or other commercial roles.
• Track record of working with sales targets and objectives.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Result‑oriented, able to work independently.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
