About the role

Marjalizo, a leading luxury real‑estate agency, is looking for a bilingual Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and manage sales processes for high‑end residential properties in the Miami market. The role is full‑time, onsite in Panama City, and focuses on delivering personalized service to discerning customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract prospective buyers for luxury residential properties.
• Conduct property tours, deliver commercial presentations, and negotiate sale terms.
• Maintain and update the property inventory and prepare basic transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new commercial opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, follow up leads, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written English; excellent Spanish communication.
• Proven ability to close sales, handle objections, and build lasting client relationships.
• Result‑oriented, highly motivated, and capable of working autonomously as well as within a team.
• Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules, including occasional evenings.
• Professional personal presentation.

Required skills

• Proficient use of CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with online real‑estate platforms and digital sales tools.
