Listing Coordinator – Short‑Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and optimise property listings across major short‑term rental platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com. The successful candidate will combine strong written communication with a keen eye for SEO and visual presentation to maximise bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Write compelling, SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions that attract travellers.
• Maintain accurate information on amenities, pricing, availability, house rules and policies.
• Organise photos, captions and listing order to improve visual appeal and conversion.
• Collaborate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure listings reflect the actual property.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark listings.
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise with platform support when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term rental, Airbnb or property‑listing management.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.
