Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

Panama Home Realty is looking for an experienced, results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its established team in Panama City. This is not an entry-level position: the company wants a proven sales professional who manages clients, builds relationships, negotiates and closes transactions. The company provides the platform, marketing, qualified leads and an extensive property portfolio; the candidate brings the experience and discipline to deliver results.

The position is full-time and office-based in Marbella, Panama City, with flexibility to attend client meetings and property showings when required.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the complete sales and rental process, from the first client inquiry to negotiation and closing.
• Manage client relationships, follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
• Work with property owners, investors, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Handle objections, negotiate agreements and guide clients through important financial decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of proven professional sales experience.
• At least 1 year of real estate sales or leasing experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken (non-negotiable).
• Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for assigned clients.
• Strong follow-up discipline, attention to detail and a professional presentation.
