Leasing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Coordinator to oversee the end‑to‑end leasing process for residential properties, from the first inquiry through move‑in. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to convert leads into qualified tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective tenant inquiries via phone, email, SMS and leasing platforms.
• Qualify prospects based on property criteria, rental requirements and availability.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, virtual tours and follow‑ups.
• Manage leasing leads in the CRM, maintaining accurate interaction records.
• Process rental applications, coordinate screening, verification and documentation.
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals and move‑in paperwork, and coordinate move‑in logistics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date listings with correct pricing, photos and descriptions.
• Monitor occupancy, generate reports on leads, conversions and leasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair‑housing regulations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management or related real‑estate roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
• Highly organized with strong follow‑up and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or leasing software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Yardi, Rent Manager).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
