Customer Support Specialist – Fintech & Crypto (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional Customer Support Specialist to join a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency client. Working 100% remotely, you will be the first point of contact for users navigating the platform, handling account and transaction queries, and providing basic technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats, delivering clear, courteous support.
• Guide customers through account setup, transactions, and platform features using approved scripts.
• Troubleshoot common technical issues such as login problems, transaction errors, wallet connections, and app navigation.
• Locate customer accounts and case history quickly within the CRM during live interactions.
• Document every interaction accurately in the CRM, updating notes, tags, and statuses.
• Escalate complex technical or account issues to the engineering or specialist team when necessary.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Patient, customer‑focused attitude with a genuine desire to help users.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain quality under high volume.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple, conversational terms.
