About the role
We are looking for a motivated Supervisor de Telemarketing to lead our call‑center team in Panama. You will be responsible for driving daily call performance, ensuring high conversion rates, and maintaining the quality of customer interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure daily targets for calls, effective contacts, and sales ratios are met.
- Implement commercial strategies that improve sales effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of calls made each day.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to advisors.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising telemarketing sales teams.
- Experience in banking, insurance, assistance, or related service sectors.
- Previous work in a call‑center environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and achieve results with commercial teams.
- Immediate availability.
