Sales Representative / Closer – Hybrid in Panama City

About the role

Euclid File Solutions is seeking a performance‑driven Sales Representative/Closer to join its fast‑growing asset recovery team in Panama City. The role is hybrid, combining office work with remote activities, and focuses on closing high‑value B2C deals with U.S. clients.

Key responsibilities

• Close inbound and outbound sales opportunities using provided high‑quality leads.
• Utilise the company’s AI‑powered dialer, CRM, and integrated SMS/email automation tools to manage prospects.
• Achieve bi‑weekly KPIs: 1,000 dials, 15 hours talk time, and at least 5 closed deals.
• Maintain a monthly revenue quota of $20,000+ and contribute to team targets.
• Collaborate with appointment setters and cold callers to optimise the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Advanced professional English proficiency (C2 or native‑level).
• Proven full‑cycle sales‑closing experience, preferably B2C.
• Comfortable working with quotas, commissions and performance‑driven metrics.
• Highly disciplined, self‑managed and results‑oriented.
• Resides within commuting distance of Panama City.
