Project Sales Manager

About the role

You will identify project opportunities and develop strategies to cover the LATAM market, acting as the main project partner for clients and ensuring high‑quality, on‑time, cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and train processes and tools to support the project business.
• Form project teams, conduct stakeholder analysis and recruit members for the project life‑cycle.
• Define and implement pursuit strategies, coordinating communication across global and local sales, service and production units.
• Maximise multi‑product and service opportunities, develop proposal strategies and present final proposals.
• Lead contract negotiations, build relationships with key decision makers and promote Endress+Hauser as a process‑automation partner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 4‑6 years of sales and project pursuit experience, preferably in process control instrumentation.
• PM certificate is a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyse financial data, conduct stakeholder analysis and travel up to 30%.
