People Services Analyst – HR Operations

About the role

We are looking for a People Services Analyst to support our Human Resources teams in Panama and Costa Rica. The role combines administrative HR support with coordination of onboarding, payroll assistance and benefits administration, working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, events and training sessions.
• Manage procurement of office supplies and HR‑related services, ensuring compliance with the annual budget.
• Maintain employee documentation for internal and external audits and support audit preparation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities such as paperwork, welcome kits, uniforms and badge issuance.
• Work with finance and procurement on cost management and benefits administration, including health and life‑insurance enrollment.
• Assist the Payroll Lead by organizing employee records and tracking payroll‑relevant incidents.

Required profile

• Technical degree or university studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
