About the role

The Training Manager will define and ensure the execution of the organization’s training strategy. This includes identifying learning needs, launching programs aligned with business priorities, and leveraging teaching methodologies, technology solutions, evaluation mechanisms, continuous improvement, and partnerships with academic and technical institutions to boost employee competence, performance, and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences and curricula.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute training projects across the company.
• Assess the effectiveness and transfer of learning through robust evaluation methods.
• Manage digital learning platforms and ensure optimal use of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create training programs that directly support business objectives.
• Maintain relationships with external academic and technical partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Education, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Higher Education Teaching.
• Preferred specialization or Master’s in Education, Organizational Development, Talent Management or similar.
• Minimum 6 years leading training, organizational learning or corporate education initiatives, preferably in industrial or logistics environments.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams and cross‑functional projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
