Head of Business Finance – Corporate Risk & Broking (Latin America)

About the role

This senior position leads Business Finance for the Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) business across Latin America. Reporting to the International Finance leadership team, the role partners with regional leaders to drive financial performance, support strategic decisions and ensure robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to regional leadership, providing analysis that informs decisions and improves performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management in collaboration with Enterprise and Segment FP&A.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes, financial reviews, and controllership activities for the LATAM CRB business.
• Consolidate financial risks and opportunities, delivering insights to CRB finance and business leadership.
• Build and manage a high‑performing finance team with a strong client‑service focus.
• Develop strong relationships across Corporate Finance, Segments, Geographies and other corporate functions.
• Coordinate with global finance leaders to align regional perspectives with global performance measures.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance business partnering within a corporate risk or broking environment.
• Proven leadership of finance teams across multiple countries, preferably in Latin America.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Track record of driving financial performance improvement and managing complex budgeting/forecasting cycles.
