About the role

The Office Manager (Gerente Supernumerario) is a key position responsible for leading, coordinating and supervising the overall management of the office. The role ensures commercial and financial targets are met while delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the commercial team, driving sales and collection performance.
• Achieve commercial and financial objectives set by the organization.
• Administer and control the credit portfolio, ensuring compliance with risk policies.
• Oversee operational and administrative processes to guarantee service quality.
• Maintain alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and customer‑centric approach.

Required profile

• Residence in the Marbella, Milla 8 or La Doña area.
• Proven experience leading commercial teams and meeting sales/collection indicators.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing or a related field.
• Own automobile or motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.
• Good credit references (APC).
