About the role

The Banking Services Executive will provide personalized and timely assistance to Private Banking clients, handling their banking requests and instructions with efficiency and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, on‑time service to high‑net‑worth clients.
• Process national and international transfers and other banking operations.
• Ensure all activities comply with established processes, controls, and response‑time standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Banking, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in banking services or high‑profile client support is preferred.
• Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Proficiency in processing national and international transfers.
• Understanding of core banking operations.
