Asistente Ejecutiva Contable CPA Junior

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior CPA to join our Corporate Services Center and support the CEO office. The role combines first‑line accounting control, administrative coordination of the holding, document management with banks and insurers, and executive assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organize accounting support, perform bank reconciliations, and compile monthly closing packages.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial commitments of group companies.
• Manage documentation, renewals, and communication channels with banks and insurance providers.
• Maintain corporate folders, draft meeting minutes, and manage the CEO’s agenda.
• Provide administrative support for executive tasks across the holding.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Accounting.
• Active Contador Público Autorizado (CPA) license in Panama.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, organization, ethical judgment and discretion.
• No prior work experience required; potential, integrity, discipline and learning ability are evaluated.

Required skills

• Functional use of Microsoft Excel (tables, formulas, filters, reconciliations).

What we offer

• Salary range B/. 800 – 1,200 per month, based on profile and competencies.
• Full‑time onsite schedule, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Indefinite permanent contract with statutory probation period.
