Consultor(a) de Reclutamiento y Selección (Temporal)

About the role

We are looking for a temporary Recruitment and Selection Consultant to join our Talent and Culture team. You will play a key role in attracting talent, supporting onboarding, and enhancing the employee experience, helping to strengthen our organizational culture and meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection processes for multiple business areas.
• Provide follow‑up and feedback to candidates and employees throughout their journey.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on personnel movements and internal requisitions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of hires, replacements, transfers, and performance indicators.
• Manage and update employee files and documentation.
• Support wellbeing, employee experience, and cultural initiatives.
• Participate in talent management and development programs.
• Coordinate and accompany onboarding processes for new hires.
• Collaborate closely with leaders and internal teams on HR matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of talent management and organizational processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in process tracking, reporting, and information organization.
• Service‑oriented attitude and ability to interact with various departments.
