Bilingual Contact Center Executive (Spanish & English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Contact Center Executive who speaks Spanish and English to join our real‑estate team. The role focuses on generating business opportunities, nurturing leads and converting prospects into buyers or tenants while delivering a personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats from property‑interested customers.
• Apply Insight Sales techniques to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Qualify and nurture leads to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide detailed information on properties, financing options and purchase processes.
• Schedule appointments and property viewings with real‑estate agents.
• Maintain continuous follow‑up and record interactions in the CRM.
• Meet performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise commercial strategies.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Experience in a contact‑center environment, consultative sales or Insight Sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer‑orientation skills.
• Able to manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Proactive, organised and results‑driven attitude.
