About the role
We are looking for bilingual English speakers to join our 24/7 call centre in Costa del Este, Panama, handling both inbound and outbound food order sales. The role can be full‑time (48 hours/week) or part‑time (24 hours/week) with flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Take food orders from customers via inbound calls.
- Place orders with contracted delivery restaurants.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Fully bilingual in English (verbal and written) – will be tested.
- Available to work any shift, Monday‑Sunday, in a 24/7 call‑center environment.
- Must report to the office in Costa del Este, Panama (no remote work).
What we offer
- Full‑time salary $900‑$1,200 per month, depending on skill level.
- Part‑time pay is half of the full‑time rate.
- Overtime opportunities are available.
- Business‑casual work environment.
