About the role

Grupo Binian is seeking a passionate Commercial Advisor to drive real‑estate sales from prospecting to post‑sale support. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire transaction process and helping them make informed investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Prospect new business opportunities and nurture existing leads.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties or investment options.
• Present projects, coordinate site visits, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Handle objections, finalize contracts, and ensure all documentation is completed.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the process.
• Update client and opportunity data in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Valid real‑estate broker license in Panama.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proactive, organized, and able to follow up diligently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Advanced English is a plus.
