Scrum Master – Panama

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile transformation in a high‑impact banking environment. The role combines hands‑on coaching, continuous observation, and executive alignment to drive sustainable change.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate executive sponsorship sessions with VPs to secure strategic alignment.
• Conduct an initial baseline diagnosis for Scrum Masters, Product Owners and senior leaders.
• Design and deliver prioritized coaching plans through theory‑practice workshops, best‑practice discussions and internal champion activation.
• Maintain a continuous observation cycle, provide field accompaniment, evaluate outcomes and adjust methodologies.
• Define periodic evaluation cadences with the client to ensure transformation sustainability.
• Report impact metrics and progress regularly to C‑level sponsors.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field with IT project experience.
• Minimum 6 years in agile roles, including 2‑3 years as an Agile Coach with proven sustainable transformation results.
• Strong executive communication and influence skills at VP and C‑level.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban (SAFe and LeSS desirable).
• Product Discovery techniques such as Inception and Story Mapping.
• Flow metrics expertise (lead time, throughput).
• Proficiency with AI tools for process optimization.
