Sales Manager

About the role

Az Developers is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to lead its sales team in Panama City. The role focuses on driving revenue across residential, commercial and industrial real‑estate projects while ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team, set performance targets and monitor results.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for high‑end residential, commercial and industrial developments.
• Manage the sales pipeline, coordinate property showings and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and partners.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with project timelines and negotiate contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management and business development within real‑estate or a related sector.
• Strong leadership ability to set goals, implement processes and drive team performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid analytical and reporting capabilities, including experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent professional experience; fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are highly beneficial.
