Project Manager – Consultoría Tecnológica

About the role

We are a technology consulting firm that specializes in automating and optimizing regulatory processes for banks and financial institutions. We are looking for a highly organized, results‑driven Project Manager to lead complex technology projects, preferably in financial, regulatory or digital transformation environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for regulatory reporting automation solutions.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including development, functional analysis, QA, consulting and client representatives.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal stakeholders and technical teams.
• Define technical and functional requirements together with clients.
• Mitigate technical risks and resolve issues quickly throughout project phases.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and proper documentation.
• Prepare executive progress and performance reports.
• Promote best‑practice project management using agile, hybrid or traditional methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Finance or related fields.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Project Manager on technology projects.
• Experience in banking, fintech, financial regulation or regulatory reporting is desirable.
• Knowledge of process automation, data integration and digital transformation.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello or Asana.
