Program Delivery Specialist – Cybersecurity & Digital Resilience

About the role

CRDF Global is looking for a bilingual Program Delivery Specialist to support cybersecurity and digital resilience initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role blends project coordination, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, monitoring and evaluation, and the organization of both virtual and in‑person events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor cybersecurity and digital resilience projects using structured project‑management tools.
• Organize technical assistance activities such as workshops, trainings, webinars and hybrid events, ensuring timelines, deliverables and performance indicators are met.
• Maintain relationships with government counterparts, technical experts, partner institutions and vendors, and facilitate clear communication among all participants.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, invoice processing and financial reporting in close collaboration with finance teams.
• Work with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team to collect, analyse and report project performance data.
• Coordinate travel logistics, event venues, catering, interpretation and translation, and provide on‑site support during regional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in project management or program delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) and legal work authorization in Panama.
