Desarrollador FullStack – Panamá

About the role

We are looking for a FullStack Developer to join our BackOffice and Digital Channels cell. You will work on high‑performance financial architecture for a leading bank in Panama, building scalable solutions that handle thousands of concurrent transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend services using NodeJS for AWS Lambda functions and Java Quarkus for Azure components.
• Design and maintain integration facades (Adapter pattern) for third‑party services and partner systems.
• Work with multiple database engines to ensure efficient data persistence.
• Write unit tests and support transactional validation of digital channels.
• Participate in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and collaborate with the agile team.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and complex integrations.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience as a FullStack Developer, focusing on micro‑services, hybrid cloud integrations and BackOffice processes.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native architectures on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB) and Azure (Service Bus, App Service).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
