About the role

Philia Properties Management is seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its assigned portfolio in the Panama Metropolitan area. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures properties are well‑maintained, budgets are controlled, and both owners and tenants receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate repairs for assigned properties.
• Manage daily operational tasks, including tenant communications and issue resolution.
• Prepare, monitor, and adjust property budgets to meet financial targets.
• Liaise with property owners, tenants, and external service providers.
• Handle conflict resolution, vendor management, and detailed record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management or real‑estate administration.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
• Demonstrated skill in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
