Vice President of Construction – Data Center Platform

About the role

The Vice President of Construction will lead the delivery of a growing portfolio of mission‑critical data centre projects across Latin America. You will set construction standards, build high‑performing teams and ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery of hyperscale and neocloud facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own construction strategy and execution for all developments, guaranteeing safety, schedule, budget and quality.
• Develop scalable construction processes, governance frameworks, reporting structures and best practices for regional replication.
• Recruit, develop and manage internal construction teams while overseeing external contractors, consultants and delivery partners.
• Collaborate with hyperscale customers, utility providers, local authorities, investors and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead planning, procurement, scheduling, risk management, commissioning readiness and project controls to achieve successful outcomes.
• Support platform expansion by evaluating new markets, contributing to development activities and integrating lessons learned into future projects.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in construction management for large‑scale infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Proven track record of building and leading high‑performing construction teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with hyperscale customers, contractors and government entities.
• Ability to design and implement repeatable construction standards and processes across multiple countries.
