About the role

As a Salesperson at Housing Tech, you will guide customers through a range of smart home and technology solutions, delivering clear demonstrations and explaining product benefits. You will manage the sales process from inquiry to closing, ensuring personalized quotes and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Advise visitors on home technology products, performing demos and highlighting features.
• Prepare customized quotations and follow up until the sale is finalized.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the showroom is well‑organized and products are properly displayed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Identify improvement opportunities and report market insights.

Required profile

• Strong commercial aptitude with the ability to detect needs, argue benefits and close sales ethically.
• Excellent customer service skills, clear communication, active listening and a focus on user satisfaction.
• Organizational ability to manage orders, payments, inventory and basic documentation.
• Interest in learning and explaining home automation, smart devices and connectivity solutions.
• Team player, goal‑oriented, adaptable and proactive.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital sales management tools.
