About the role

We are looking for a motivated Salesperson specialized in heavy equipment parts. The role combines showroom assistance with field visits, helping customers find the right solutions to keep their machinery operating efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sale of spare parts for heavy machinery and diesel equipment, providing both technical and commercial advice.
• Develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and commercial visits.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand the commercial portfolio.
• Prepare quotations and follow opportunities through to closure.
• Promote the company’s product portfolio and solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date commercial information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Identify market trends, needs and opportunities to drive business growth.
• Contribute actively to achieving sales targets and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling spare parts for heavy machinery, diesel equipment, or related sectors.
• Experience in showroom assistance and direct sales.
• Experience managing a client portfolio and conducting commercial prospecting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license (commercial license is a plus).
• Own client portfolio is desirable.

• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment parts.
• Knowledge of diesel machinery components.
