Técnico Postventa – Mantenimiento de Plantas Eléctricas

About the role

As an After‑sales Technician at RIGSA, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of installed electrical power plants and their associated systems. You will provide on‑site preventive and corrective maintenance, respond quickly to client‑reported faults, and guarantee compliance with technical standards and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical generators and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults reported by customers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and emergency interventions on site.
• Document all interventions in the company’s ticketing/CRM system.
• Verify that all work complies with technical standards and safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients to confirm that issues are resolved and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Technical training in electricity and mechanics.
• Previous experience in after‑sales service or technical support for electrical equipment.
• Ability to analyse incidents and propose rapid, effective solutions.
• Basic proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, email) and ticket/CRM management.
• Good communication skills, customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork and time‑management.
• Valid driver’s license.
