About the role

SONDA is looking for a motivated Support Technician to join its technology services team. You will work on a variety of client and internal equipment, ensuring that all systems operate reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, install, maintain and repair technological equipment for SONDA and its customers.
• Identify needs and improvement opportunities during field visits.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot project hardware.
• Maintain accurate incident and maintenance records.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with external suppliers.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Electronics or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as an electronics or communications technician.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• General knowledge of IT support processes.

Required skills

• Experience with CMDB tools.
• Familiarity with Cisco Prime.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
